Services & SHop

We are specialized in mold and damp treatment, but those are not the only services we provide. Take a look at all of the ways we can help improve your home and quality of life.

Mold Removal

Mold grows when humidity condenses on cool surfaces like walls, often in corners. Dust-containing mold spores stick to moist walls and grow rapidly if there's poor ventilation. Mold causes health problems, especially for children, and decreases property value. Bleach and vinegar are ineffective solutions, as bleach contains chlorine that produces toxic gases and vinegar feeds the mold.

The mold must be fully eliminated to keep it from growing back, and that's exactly what our methods do. We have ways to kill off and remove mold without the use of dangerous chemicals that could jeopardize your health.

Combined with the "Mold Prevention"- Service (scroll down), you won't have to fear the return of mold any time soon.

Rising Damp Treatment (HZ 250 PRO)

If you notice paint bubbles forming on the bottom of your walls, peeling paint or washed-out paint, and a constant damp smell no matter how often you open the windows, chances are you have rising damp in your home. This might be caused by a lack of proper ground and floor insulation combined with the natural capillarity of your walls. Luckily there’s a solution: a horizontal barrier via hydrophobic injections.

Compared to different injectable compounds used by other companies, our products, from the German Manufacturer BKM.Mannesmann, do not close or fill the masonry pores; instead, they only cover them with a thin film, letting the wall breathe. Combined with the 25-year warranty on the injection's effectiveness (HZ 250 PRO) and our waterproof but breathable plaster system, your walls will be dry for good.

Outside Insulation & French Drain

Another reason for humid walls and chipping paint/plaster, especially if your house is located on a slope or at the bottom of a hill/mountain might be (rain-)water flowing towards the house and seeping through the cracks between the wall and floor. outside insulation like wall-floor sealings/connections can solve the problem. But sometimes that is not enough. French drains are drainage systems that look aesthetically pleasing and can handle large amounts of water, redirecting it away from the walls to avoid access to any cracks.

Facade Impregnation (HP-F PRO)

Moisture can not only penetrate your walls from below, but can also be absorbed from the outside by splashing water from the rain or your irrigation system. Once the water sits on the wall, it finds its way through small cracks in the paint into the plaster and can no longer evaporate from there because the "plastic paint" usually used seals the wall in such a way that it can no longer breathe and the moisture can no longer escape. You can imagine it like a plastic bag over your head. This means that the moisture moves further inwards.
This is where our special façade impregnation (HP-F PRO) comes into play. It is applied to the surface of the wall/paint and creates a lotus-like effect - it makes it impossible for the wall to absorb water without sealing it. Thanks to our special impregnation from BKM.MANNESMANN, the wall remains breathable and can gradually dry out. And just like the injectable product (HZ250 PRO), the German manufacturer guarantees its effectiveness for 25 years.

Facade Impregnation (HP-F PRO)

Humidity can not only penetrate your walls from the ground up but can also be absorbed by water splashes on the outside from the rain or your irrigation system. Once the water sits on the wall it will find its way through small cracks in the paint into the plaster and will be unable to evaporate from there due to the commonly used "plastic paint", sealing the wall in a way that inhibits the wall from breathing and letting humidity out. You can imagine it like a plastic bag over someone's head. This is where our facade impregnation (HP-F PRO) comes into play. It is sprayed on the surface of the wall/on top of the paint and creates a lotus-like effect - it makes it impossible for the wall to absorb any water, without sealing it. And just like the injectable product (HZ250 PRO), the German manufacturer guarantees its effect for 25 years.

Terrace Sealing and Retiling

Leaking terraces are often times the cause for humid walls and ceilings below. Due to prolonged sun exposure
over the years, the joints keeping the tiles together and "sealing" intact dry out and crack or break, giving the (rain-)water unrestricted access into the ceiling and walls below. Over time, these small amounts of water add up and can cause mold, a dampy smell and chipped off paint or plaster.

We offer a complete terrace makeover with a proper waterproof and flexible sealing that lasts many years
and looks even better.

Roof Cleaning, Sealing, Retiling and Impregnation

Broken roof tiles are often the result of extreme heat and sunlight, especially here in southern Spain.
Over time, the mortar that holds the roof tiles on the roof is washed out and there is only a sandy substrate left. Tiles slip, break and the waterproofing underneath is often directly exposed to the weather. This often goes unnoticed for years, because let's be honest, who regularly checks their roof to make sure everything is in order, right?

Just like broken joints on terraces, rainwater has unhindered access to the ceilings and walls below. In winter, the increased rainfall and colder temperatures cause leaks and thermal bridges, which can lead to mold growth.

Our experts check for loose or broken tiles and defects in the waterproofing and for possible future problems. You will receive feedback and our opinion on possible solutions, which can range from replacing a few tiles to complete roof renovations, flexible waterproofing and impregnation, depending on the severity, importance and budget.
In the event that roof tile impregnation is also desired, we also have a long-lasting solution for that.

Roof Cleaning, Sealing, Retiling and Impregnation

Broken roof tiles are common due to prolonged exposure to extreme heat and sunlight, especially here in southern Spain.
Over time, the joints keeping the tiles fixed on the roof dry out, crack and break. These "holes" in the roof's sealing often go unnoticed for many years, because honestly, who checks their roof every so often to make sure everything is fine, right?

Exactly like broken joints on terraces, this gives the rainwater unrestricted access to the ceiling and walls below. During winter, the increased frequency of rain and colder temperatures make the perfect condition for mold.

Our experts will check for loose or broken tiles and joints, any flaws in sealing, and potential future problems. You will receive feedback and their opinion on possible solutions, which can range from small exchanges of a few tiles to full roof restorations, flexible sealings, and impregnations, all depending on severity, importance, and your budget.

Condensation and Mold Prevention

To treat condensation, we will need to improve the air circulation and ventilation within your property.
The most effective and permanent methods include investing in the installation of the correct ventilation system (especially in kitchens or bathrooms, due to generally higher humidity levels) and our special anti-condensation coating. With ventilation systems, in particular, a smart extraction unit (humidistat-controlled) is the best kind for small rooms bathrooms, storage rooms or the kitchen.

Thanks to our experience with first-class solutions, we can also help you here.
